Know the price before you pack.

Most people sending to Nigeria find out what it costs after everything is already packed. We work the other way round. Price your shipment here - by weight if it is going by air, by the item if it is going by sea - and you will have a number in front of you before anything leaves the house.

From there it is straightforward. Bring it to the counter in Sheffield, or book a collection and we will come to your door anywhere in the UK. We weigh it, document it, take care of the customs side and put it on the next service out: air when it needs to land inside the week, sea when you are sending a household and value matters more than speed.

At the other end it is still us. Cargo is received, checked and released by Djireh staff in Lagos and Ibadan, and can be collected from the counter or delivered on to any state. One company from your hallway to theirs - nothing changes hands to a stranger in the middle, which is the part that usually goes wrong.

What we move

Air and sea are the two ways cargo actually crosses. Around them sit the services that get it to the counter and keep businesses supplied - every one of them with its own rates and a calculator you can run before you book.

Air freight

The fastest way to send. Priced per kilo with a ten kilo minimum, cleared and flown so your cargo is in Nigeria within seven working days. Suited to documents, electronics, urgent personal parcels and commercial consignments that cannot sit and wait for a ship.

Sea cargo

Priced by what you are sending rather than what it weighs, so a fridge costs the same whoever packed it. Boxes, suitcases, appliances, televisions, barrels and vehicles all move on a fixed item rate - the economical choice when you are sending volume.

Door-step collection

You do not have to get it to us. Book a collection and we come to your address anywhere in the UK, take the weight at the door and carry the paperwork from there. The answer for heavy appliances, bulk orders, and anyone without a way to move it.

Barrels & bulk

Barrels remain the traditional way to send in quantity, and still one of the cheapest. We supply, pack, seal and manifest, then consolidate at the Sheffield hub - the right route for traders, church groups and families sending a full load together.

Sheffield is where the operation runs from - cargo comes in over the counter, gets weighed, packed and manifested, and leaves on the next service. Lagos and Ibadan are ours too, so the handover at the far end happens between colleagues rather than between companies. Walk in during opening hours, or do the whole thing from this site and never queue at all.
